SR2 are partnering with a major technology consultancy supporting critical MOD and defence transformation programmes across highly secure environments. This is a hands-on platform engineering opportunity working across cloud and on-prem environments, helping deliver large-scale MOD platform and data capabilities.
Travel: Expected onsite presence 4-5 days per week.
Additional: £500/month DV bonus.
Single-stage 90-minute interview including practical Platform/DevOps exercise.
This role sits within a rapidly growing defence technology function supporting MOD digital and data programmes, including cloud and platform transformation work.
Key environment and project themes include:
- AWS cloud platform engineering
- On-prem to AWS migration programmes
- Defence Data Analytics Platform (DDAP) related work
Strong Platform or DevOps engineering background required. AWS experience (Azure acceptable if AWS exposure exists).
