A nationally recognized organization is seeking an experienced Programme Director to lead a major enterprise-wide Customer & Income Management transformation programme. This is a high-profile leadership opportunity focused on modernizing customer journeys, CRM platforms, and data-driven decision-making across the organisation. The programme is already live and now requires a senior transformation leader who can bring structure, governance, momentum, and executive alignment to the next phase of delivery.

The Opportunity

You’ll act as the single accountable leader for a large-scale CRM and technology-enabled transformation programme, owning:

  • Strategy
