It will suit someone who enjoys owning implementations end to end, working directly with customers, and translating complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
The role
You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, documentation, and data, and convert these into clear implementation plans aligned with the platform’s standards. The role blends solution design, data analysis, and hands-on engineering, with a strong emphasis on ownership and accountability. While industry experience is helpful, the focus is on strong SaaS or fintech implementation experience and the ability to learn domain-specific concepts quickly.
Key responsibilities

- Engage directly with clients to gather business and technical requirements
- Interpret client documentation and datasets to design accurate solutions
- Configure, integrate, and validate platform implementation
- Translate client needs into scalable, repeatable implementation patterns
- Manage technical conversations with client stakeholders confidently

- Experience delivering client implementations within SaaS or fintech environments
- Comfortable working in a client-facing technical role
- Strong ability to analyse data, documentation, and workflows
- Experience with system configuration, integrations, or solution design
- Confident communicator who can lead technical discussions with customers
- Self-sufficient and proactive, with strong ownership mentality
- Background in regulated or complex domains is a plus, but not essential
