SR2 is working with a consultancy delivering a major government-backed digital transformation programme focused on the development of a secure, scalable data-sharing platform. The successful candidate will have experience as a BA on complex data platform projects. Your role will be working across multiple workstreams to capture, analyse and manage business, technical and security requirements. You'll work closely with architects, engineers, security specialists and business stakeholders, helping shape solutions from early discovery through to pilot delivery and evaluation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on large-scale data transformation programmes, thrives in Agile environments and has experience translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
Requirements:
- Strong commercial experience working as a Business Analyst on complex digital and data platform projects (essential)
- Proven experience gathering and documenting business, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong process mapping skills, including user stories, use cases, workflows and acceptance criteria.
- Experience maintaining requirements traceability and supporting backlog refinement and prioritisation.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery, particularly Scrum.
- Experience supporting System Testing, UAT and business readiness activities.
- Ability to work closely with architects, engineers and security teams within multidisciplinary environments.
