SR2 is recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst to join a collaborative digital team delivering business-critical projects within a fast-paced agile environment. Working within a secure government environment, applicants must have active Security Check (SC) clearance in order to apply.
Responsibilities
- Bridge the gap between technical teams and the wider business, working closely with stakeholders, developers and multidisciplinary teams to understand user needs, improve business processes and deliver valuable digital solutions.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, facilitate workshops, map business processes and translate complex requirements into clear, actionable outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a BA within agile software development teams.
- Strong experience in stakeholder mapping, engagement and relationship management.
- Experience analysing costs, benefits, risks, constraints and resource requirements.
- Experience defining KPIs, success measures and cost baselines.
- Active SC Clearance.
