Responsibilities
- Design and develop new software systems or features.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers.
- Lead the team through project challenges and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Contribute to backend development and ensure robust, scalable software architecture.
Requirements for Success
- Expertise in software security principles, design patterns, and architectures.
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and programming languages, with Agile methodology experience.
- Involvement in designing and developing new software systems or features, and providing mentorship to junior employees.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks, database design, modelling, and optimization (Desirable).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to manage stakeholder relationships and team challenges.
