This isn’t just another design role. It’s a chance to shape the visual soul of a company from day one — no legacy, no red tape, no competitors. Backed by a globally respected IT thought leader with a track record at some of the world’s most admired tech brands, this stealth-mode start-up is building something bold, disruptive, and industry-defining. Operating at the intersection of AI, consulting, and creativity, they’re redefining how software is built - and now, they’re ready to redefine how it looks and feels.
The Role
As Creative Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind everything visual - from brand identity and storytelling to UI design and marketing campaigns. You’ll craft a distinctive aesthetic that brings their ambitious mission to life, creating not just visuals, but a movement. This is the perfect role for a designer who combines artistic flair with strategic vision - someone who believes that design is more than function, it’s the voice of a brand.
Responsibilities:
- Shape a world-class visual identity that captures imagination and builds instant recognition.
- Design across every touchpoint — product, web, marketing, and motion — to create a cohesive brand experience.
- Collaborate directly with founders and the Product team to ensure every interaction feels effortless and joyful.
- Drive brand storytelling through compelling campaigns and visuals that communicate innovation and trust.
- Oversee creative partners or agencies when needed — you’ll have the freedom (and responsibility) to direct and decide.
- Blend creativity with clarity, balancing artistic impact with a strong sense of brand strategy.
Why This Role Rocks
- No competition. This company is carving out an entirely new category — you’ll help define the visual language of an industry with no playbook.
- Ground-up influence. You’ll build the brand from zero, with total creative freedom.
- High-impact environment. Join ~15 top-tier developers and designers building a product months from launch — and years ahead of the curve.
- Global leadership. Work alongside a CEO who has already built one unicorn and is backed by world-class talent and funding.
- Ownership that matters. Competitive salary + meaningful share options at pre-launch valuation.
You will be..
- A visual designer or creative lead with a distinctive, artistic style.
- Passionate about turning ideas into identities and brands into movements.
- Equally comfortable discussing colour palettes and brand strategy.
- Energised by building something from scratch in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
