Lead Developers in Devon, this one’s for you! I’m seeking a Lead Developer to oversee projects from concept to delivery and work closely to redefine a technical roadmap and long-term vision of the business. This role will involve remaining strongly hands-on as well as mentoring a team.
Essential requirements:
- Experience with modern PHP frameworks such as Laravel;
- Understanding of SOLID principles & OOP;
- Knowledge of secure coding practices (e.g., OWASP);
- Mentor, coach and support developers;
- Scope, plan and review projects;
- Define technical architecture and long-term strategy;
- Automated testing knowledge;
- CI/CD & Github Actions;
- Experience with either React, Vue or Angular;
- Promote collaboration!
