I’m working with a rapidly scaling HealthTech start-up building AI-powered workflow software for the US healthcare system. They have bold ambitions to scale to $5M ARR in the next 2-3 years and are looking for a stellar outbound salesperson to close $1M-$2M of new business in the next 12 months.
The Role
You will own the end-to-end sales process for selling into outpatient clinics across the US, building the commercial engine from scratch: generating pipeline, establishing repeatable sales motions, trialling messaging, and closing deals for a well-defined, high-value product. This is a hands‑on sales role with high autonomy and meaningful ownership over revenue.
What Success Looks Like
- Build a predictable motion toward $1–$2M annual quota
- Accelerate clinic acquisition to support target of 100+ clinics and $5M ARR within 2–3 years
- Establish processes that enable future team growth
