They’re now hiring an Engineering Manager to lead one of their cross-functional squads. The successful candidate will have a background within software engineering and team leadership. You’ll work closely with product and design, guide architecture, support modern engineering practices, and help a talented team of engineers thrive.

- A background in software engineering with strong technical depth
- Experience leading or managing engineers (formal or informal)

- Ability to conduct code reviews, help engineers achieve goals and adhere to best practices
- Empathy, clarity, and confidence when guiding cross-functional teams
