They’re now hiring an Engineering Manager to lead one of their cross-functional squads. The successful candidate will have a background within software engineering and team leadership. You’ll work closely with product and design, guide architecture, support modern engineering practices, and help a talented team of engineers thrive.

You’ll need:

  • A background in software engineering with strong technical depth
  • Experience leading or managing engineers (formal or informal)
  • Experience in supporting teams to improve velocity
  • Skills in architectural decision-making and mentoring engineers
  • Ability to conduct code reviews, help engineers achieve goals and adhere to best practices
  • Empathy, clarity, and confidence when guiding cross-functional teams
  • A desire to work in a company that puts values at the heart of everything
