About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Delivery Manager who thrives on complexity, loves working with people, and knows how to make things happen. This isn’t a traditional in-house role — you’ll be shaping and driving delivery across multiple projects, clients, and sectors, typically on engagements lasting 3–12 months.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead high-profile programmes – guiding delivery teams through discovery, alpha, and beta phases, tackling risks, dependencies, and complex challenges head-on.
  • Delivery excellence – coach teams in Agile, Lean, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches, always looking for smarter ways of working
  • Stakeholder management – work with senior stakeholders, mediate challenges, and ensure collaboration flows across diverse teams.
  • Keep delivery moving – maintain momentum, remove blockers, and make sure the right people, processes, and plans are in place..

Requirements:

  • A proven track record delivering complex, high-risk programmes in government or large-scale organisations (essential)
  • Deep knowledge of Agile, Lean, and hybrid approaches, with the ability to coach and innovate.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing suppliers, contracts, and budgets.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills – from facilitating tough conversations to presenting to large audiences.
  • A collaborative leader who thrives in start-up environments and brings energy, flexibility, and a continuous improvement mindset.

What’s on offer

You’ll join a diverse, supportive team committed to delivering the best for clients. The culture values collaboration, flexibility, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to shape both client outcomes and the consultancy’s own growth.
