Senior UX Designer
Leeds - 50% onsite
£475 per day | Inside IR35

We're looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to join a large-scale digital transformation programme within a complex, regulated environment.
This is a hands-on delivery role, working within a multidisciplinary team to design and improve complex digital services.
Key experience:
- Senior UX / Interaction Design experience
- Government, Public Sector or NHS background
- Strong understanding of GDS and UCD principles
- Experience designing complex end-to-end digital services
- User journeys, wireframing and prototyping
- Strong accessibility and inclusive design knowledge
- Experience working with User Research, Product and Delivery teams
- Financial Services experience would be advantageous
We're looking for a hands-on practitioner who is comfortable getting into the detail and taking ownership of design delivery.
Candidates must be able to work 50% onsite in Leeds.
