- We're looking for an experienced
UX Designer to work on a next-generation, AI-enabled Defence Intelligence platform.
You’ll work closely with operational users, analysts and Defence stakeholders to simplify complex intelligence workflows, reduce manual effort and create intuitive, trusted user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research with operational and Defence users.
- Run workshops to understand and improve existing workflows.
- Create user journeys, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Design workflow-based interfaces and operational dashboards.
- Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive designs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams throughout delivery.
- Support UAT, user feedback and iterative improvements.
- Maintain consistent design systems and components.
- UX design experience within
MOD, Defence or National Security .
- Strong user-centred design, research and prototyping experience.
- Experience designing workflow applications, dashboards or operational systems .
- Experience engaging military, civilian and technical stakeholders.
- Agile, multidisciplinary delivery experience.
- Intelligence, C2, tasking or case-management systems.
- Service design within secure environments.
- AI-assisted / human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Design systems and component libraries.
- Experience with classified or accredited systems.

Current DV Security Clearance.
- Previous
MOD, Defence Intelligence, Strategic Command or National Security experience.
