Overview

SCRUM Master role to join a client based in the centre of Swindon. Hybrid model; candidates should be happy to come into the office 2/3 days a week. The company is undergoing a major modernisation journey, modernising tech and ways of working and moving several systems to the cloud. The tech team works on a range of internal and external facing systems used by the company and its customers.

As part of this journey there is a brand new SCRUM Master role that is very hands on and focused on supporting small delivery teams of developers and QAs who balance planned sprint work with live system support.
