We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to join a major government digital transformation programme delivering secure identity and access services.
The Role
- Take ownership of a large, complex product backlog.
- Refine, prioritise and reduce backlog items to maximise delivery value.
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into clear user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, architects and Delivery Managers to ensure work is delivery-ready.
- Balance business priorities, technical dependencies and delivery timelines.
- Drive product decisions and communicate priorities, risks and progress to stakeholders.
About You
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Owner delivering complex digital products.
- Strong experience managing large product backlogs and prioritising competing requirements.
- Comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience working in agile delivery environments.
- Previous government or public sector experience is highly desirable.
- Experience with identity, authentication, IAM or secure digital services would be advantageous.
- Active SC Clearance is essential.
