We are looking for several detail-oriented PMO professionals to join a high-impact Programme Management Office supporting a major public sector transformation initiative. This is an opportunity to play a key role in driving governance, structure, and delivery across a complex programme environment.
The Role
As a PMO Team Member, you will sit at the heart of programme delivery, ensuring projects run smoothly, stay aligned to strategic goals, and adhere to governance standards. Working within a large PMO function, you will support project teams, maintain oversight of performance, and contribute to continuous improvement across the programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, milestones, and deliverables
- Produce and manage status reports for stakeholders
- Track budgets, resources, and schedules across the programme
- Support project teams with governance, processes, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records and ensure audit-ready documentation
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and collaboration
- Organise meetings, workshops, and track actions
- Support risk identification and mitigation activities
- Monitor performance metrics and provide delivery insights
- Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools
Essential
- Experience working within a PMO or project support environment
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
