We're supporting a leading consultancy on a secure government programme and are looking for an experienced DV-cleared SOC Manager to lead Security Operations within a highly secure environment.
The Role
- Lead the day-to-day SOC operation and analyst team
- Oversee security monitoring, incident response and threat investigations
- Drive operational improvements, reporting and stakeholder engagement
- Maintain SOC processes, playbooks and service performance
Essential
- Active DV clearance
- Previous SOC leadership/management experience
- Strong SIEM, incident response and security operations knowledge
- Experience in government, defence or other secure environments
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Desirable
- Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk or similar SIEM experience
- Knowledge of NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27001 or NCSC
- CISSP, CISM, GIAC or similar certifications
