We are seeking a high-calibre PMO Consultant to support complex transformation programmes within a consulting environment, with a particular focus on life sciences, agile delivery, and emerging AI-enabled initiatives. While titled as PMO support, this role operates at a significantly higher level, requiring strong consulting capability, stakeholder influence, and the ability to drive clarity, pace, and accountability across complex programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage robust PMO processes, including action tracking, RAID management, and governance reporting
- Drive accountability across programme stakeholders, ensuring actions are owned, tracked, and delivered
- Support agile programme environments, aligning governance with iterative delivery models
- Translate complex programme information into clear, concise, and high-impact outputs
- Apply a consulting mindset to simplify complexity and focus stakeholders on what matters most
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in a PMO or programme support role within a consulting or complex delivery environment
- Strong capability in driving actions, tracking progress, and holding stakeholders to account
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create clear, visually effective presentations
- Proven experience working with senior stakeholders, including preparing and presenting concise updates
- Experience working within life sciences or pharmaceuticals
- Familiarity with agile delivery models within large programmes
- Exposure to AI, data, or digital transformation initiatives
