We are supporting the delivery of a major payments transformation and are looking for a senior delivery/project manager to embed within the programme team. The programme centres on a large-scale customer migration onto a modern open banking platform, so this role suits someone who has run complex migrations in a payments environment and can hold both the delivery plan and the stakeholders together while it happens.

This is a hands-on delivery role embedded within an established consulting-led team, so you will need the credibility to operate alongside senior stakeholders from day one, and the rigour to keep a live migration programme moving to plan.

What we are looking for:

  • The strongest candidates will bring genuine experience across all three of the following, which together make this a specialist profile:
    • Customer migration on a live programme, ideally at scale
    • Card schemes experience
    • Open banking experience
  • Alongside that core, you will need:
    • A strong project management and delivery background, owning plans, timelines and delivery to milestone
    • Excellent stakeholder management, comfortable across technical and business audiences
    • Design and requirements management, including summarising customer use cases and shaping solution design
    • API experience and a working understanding of how modern payments and open banking integrations fit together

Detail: Around 12 months, hybrid with time on-site in London, starting as early as September 2026. This is a specialist role and the process is moving quickly. Inside IR35. If this is your background, get in touch as soon as possible with an up-to-date profile.
