We are supporting a consultancy partner delivering a secure public sector digital programme and are looking for an SC Cleared Service Designer to join the team. This role will focus on designing user‑centred services within a secure environment, with particular emphasis on services involving secure data, information governance and cyber considerations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Design end‑to‑end services for secure digital products
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve complex user journeys
- Facilitate workshops and service design activities
- Produce service blueprints, journey maps and design artefacts
- Balance user needs with security, governance and operational requirements
- Support the delivery of accessible, user‑centred services
Essential Experience:
- Active SC Clearance
- Previous Service Design experience within UK Government or Healthcare
- Experience designing services involving secure or sensitive data
- Understanding of cyber security and information governance principles
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience working within agile multidisciplinary teams
