Cyber Assurance Consultant to support a growing programme of work within a complex Operational Technology (OT) environment.
This is an ongoing customer requirement driven by increasing workload, and you'll join an established team already supporting the programme.
What you'll be doing
- Design and embed cyber assurance frameworks
, taking them from high-level strategic intent through to practical programme delivery.
- Deliver end-to-end cyber assurance activities
, including stakeholder interviews, documentation reviews and technical testing.
- Translate technical findings into clear, practical and actionable assurance reports
- Work closely with SMEs, asset owners and system owners, quickly building trust and securing stakeholder buy-in.
- Assess cyber threats, vulnerabilities, controls and risk across complex
- OT environments
- Provide assurance across both core OT and security systems
- Apply your cyber security expertise while recognising the unique constraints and limitations associated with OT environments.
What we're looking for
- Strong, demonstrable experience in cyber assurance
- Proven experience designing and embedding cyber assurance frameworks and programmes
- Excellent knowledge of
- Operational Technology / OT security environments
- Deep cyber security knowledge covering threat vectors, controls and cyber risk
- Strong assurance experience across interviews, documentation review and technical testing
- Confidence engaging technical SMEs, asset owners and system owners.
- Ability to turn complex technical findings into practical recommendations.
- Relevant cyber security qualifications would be beneficial.
- You must be eligible for SC Clearance
