The Role
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be working with the business’ technical team to both develop and implement solutions for both existing and new clients. You will work on many projects including web applications, websites and key core products – largely, greenfield projects whereby you will see projects through right from initial conception through to delivery. They have recently worked on a project for Public Health Wales – previously, they’ve done work for the Olympics and even worked on a product which assists those patients with cancer!
As a Full Stack Developer, you will develop code to implement functionality from stories. You will get the opportunity to contribute to both design and architectural discussions and manage DevOps pipelines and cloud-based web solutions. The role offers vast amount of variety – and boasts a collaborative culture with some of the brightest minds in the industry! You will work within a small team consisting of senior developers, mid-level developers, product owners and product managers. The business is extremely well set up with growth mindsets; always seeking better ways of improving and doing things. You will have a key voice within the team; share knowledge and have an impact on processes.
You will have a thirst for problem solving – looking at code and being able to have a knack for breaking problems down and coming up with solutions to improve the code making it more maintainable, scalable and sleek.
Ideally, you will have previous experience in either a consultancy or an agency – you will have seen solutions through right through from initial conception through to design and delivery. You will have balanced multiple projects at one time. You will ideally have experience with React however if you don’t you will learn it!
