The Role
You’ll take ownership of delivering complex digital projects, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality outcomes. This is a hands-on delivery role where you’ll be embedded in agile teams, while also managing stakeholders, risks, and overall delivery performance. You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading agile delivery across software and digital projects
- Managing multidisciplinary teams
- Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
- Owning delivery plans, RAID logs, reporting, and governance
- Ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Driving continuous improvement across teams and delivery practices
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience delivering complex digital or software projects in an agile environment
- Background in a consultancy or client-facing setting
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
