S2R are seeking an experienced

Solution Architect to support a major customer loyalty and rewards transformation programme.

The role will focus on defining the end-to-end architecture across a Salesforce-led ecosystem, customer identity services, enterprise integrations, APIs and mobile experiences.

You will operate within a complex multi-supplier environment, so strong senior stakeholder engagement, supplier management and the ability to drive architectural decisions will be essential.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the end-to-end solution architecture across the rewards portal and wider Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Design integration patterns across Salesforce, customer identity, APIs, mobile applications and enterprise platforms.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, resilient and maintainable solution designs.
  • Define the architecture for SSO, customer identity integration and associated authentication journeys.
  • Review and assure API designs, data flows, integration components and system dependencies.
  • Support the design of mobile and in-app webview customer experiences.
  • Produce architecture artefacts, solution options, design decisions and technical roadmaps.
  • Coordinate suppliers, delivery partners and senior stakeholders to achieve alignment across the solution.
  • Required Experience
  • Proven experience working as a Solution Architect on large-scale digital transformation programmes.
  • Strong experience designing Salesforce integration architectures.
  • Experience across Salesforce Loyalty Management, Data 360, Marketing Cloud, Privacy Centre, Mule Soft, Agentforce or Salesforce Shield.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise APIs, integration patterns and middleware technologies.
  • Experience with SSO, customer identity, authentication and federation standards.
  • Knowledge of loyalty, rewards, customer engagement or membership platforms.
  • Experience designing mobile applications and in-app webview journeys.
  • Strong senior stakeholder and supplier management experience within complex multi-vendor environments.
