Senior Cloud Engineer - GCP - SC Cleared We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Engineer to provide technical expertise during the assessment and design of an enterprise Google Cloud Platform environment. Working closely with the Lead Cloud Architect, the role will assess the existing GCP estate, validate architectural decisions and develop technical proof-of-concepts to ensure the proposed target state is secure, scalable and implementable. Key responsibilities Assess the existing GCP organisation, projects, IAM, security controls and platform configuration. Provide technical input into the target GCP landing zone and governance model. Review and validate organisation policies, project governance and access-control approaches. Assess audit logging, Security Command Center and cloud security controls . Develop technical proof-of-concepts for landing zone, project vending and governance capabilities. Design and implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Google Cloud Fabric .
