PMO Lead - Data Programme - Outside IR35
1st November Start, 6 months initially with rolling extensions expected
Outside IR35: £500 - £535 per day
Hybrid: Travel once every week / 2 weeks to Yorkshire
A Yorkshire trust is fixing the way clinicians record data: fewer, simpler forms and better systems. You'll set up and run the PMO that keeps the programme on track, working directly with the executive sponsors.
What you'll do
- Set up the PMO from scratch: governance, programme board, terms of reference and reporting cycle
- Build one integrated plan across three workstreams: SystmOne redesign, a mobile app and BI dashboards
- Run RAID management and change control
- Report progress, spend and risk clearly to the SRO and executive sponsors
- Track spend against this year's budget and build the case for the next funding tranche
- Keep BAs, developers, clinical leads and the system supplier pulling in one direction

- A PMO framework and governance pack
- An integrated programme plan and roadmap
- A RAID log and change control process
- Regular highlight reports for the programme board
- A benefits plan with baseline measures
- Input to the next-tranche business case
What you'll bring
- Senior PMO or programme management experience in the NHS or wider health and care
- A track record of setting up a PMO, not just running one
- Waterfall delivery (PRINCE2, MSP or P3O), with exposure to agile teams
- Data, digital, EPR or clinical systems programme experience
- Confidence with executive, finance and clinical stakeholders
