We are looking for hands-on IAM engineers with strong experience in Saviynt and/or CyberArk to build, configure, support and troubleshoot identity and privileged-access solutions. The focus is on delivering and maintaining the technical capability, resolving issues and supporting ongoing service delivery. Due to the nature of the roles, active SC clearance is required.

Key responsibilities

  • Build, configure and maintain IAM and PAM/PIM solutions using Saviynt and/or CyberArk
  • Support identity lifecycle processes, including joiners, movers and leavers
  • Configure and maintain access governance, roles, workflows and approvals
  • Integrate IAM/PAM tooling with target applications, directories and infrastructure
  • Support privileged account discovery, onboarding, vaulting and session/access controls
  • Produce technical documentation, runbooks and operational handover materials
  • Work with client stakeholders and delivery teams to prioritise and resolve service issues
  • Contribute to a managed-service operating model and continuous improvement activity

Essential experience

  • Active SC clearance
  • Strong practical engineering experience with Saviynt and/or CyberArk
  • Background in Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management or Privileged Identity Management
  • Experience integrating IAM/PAM platforms with enterprise applications and identity directories
  • Experience working in operational support, managed services or technical delivery environments
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
