IT Service Manager - Privileged Access & CAF - SC Cleared
We're looking for an IT Service Manager to support a privileged access platform as it moves into live service within a government environment. You'll help establish effective service management, maintain operational oversight and support compliance with the Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF).
What you'll do
Coordinate the transition from delivery into live service, including service processes, documentation and handover.
Manage day-to-day service activities, including incidents, changes, risks and service reporting.
Work with product, engineering, security and operations teams to resolve issues and improve the service.
