We are recruiting a Physical Security Workstream Lead to support a major, multi-year security transformation programme within a critical national organisation.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering the physical-security workstream as part of a wider programme spanning physical, personnel, cyber and strategic governance.
The role will combine enterprise-level security strategy and architecture with programme delivery, risk management and senior stakeholder engagement across a complex, multi-site estate.
- Role responsibilities
- Lead the physical-security workstream, setting its strategic direction, priorities and delivery approach.
- Develop enterprise physical-security strategy and architecture across multiple sites.
- Translate security risks, threats and operational requirements into practical plans and controls.
- Lead physical-security risk assessments, threat modelling and assurance activities.
- Oversee the selection and implementation of appropriate physical-security technologies.
- Coordinate dependencies with personnel security, cyber security and strategic governance workstreams.
- Manage delivery plans, risks, issues, dependencies, reporting and senior-level decision-making.
- Engage operational, technical and executive stakeholders to secure agreement and maintain progress.

- Senior-level experience leading physical-security programmes or workstreams across complex, multi-site organisations.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise physical-security strategy, architecture and control frameworks.
