SR2 has multiple exciting opportunities for Delivery Managers to join high-profile government digital programmes on a multi-year contract.
You do not need to already hold SC Clearance - we can sponsor the clearance process for the right candidates.
You'll work across projects spanning digital transformation, data, automation and cutting-edge AI, supporting multidisciplinary Agile teams to keep delivery on track.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate delivery across Agile teams and workstreams.
Manage plans, risks, issues, dependencies and milestones.
Work with Product Managers, technical teams and government stakeholders.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove delivery blockers.
Support governance, reporting and assurance.
Experience Required
2-5 years' experience in Delivery Management, Project Management or a similar role.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience managing delivery risks, dependencies and milestones.
Comfortable working across technical and business teams.
Government or DDa T experience is beneficial but not essential.
