We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrator to assist in the company’s day-to-day administrative operations. This is a key role within the business, supporting payroll, invoicing, HR administration, compliance, and company procedures to ensure the smooth running of operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll & Timesheet Management
- Manage employee and contractor hours logging and records
- Process weekly and monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Verify timesheets and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain payroll records and reporting
- Accounts & Invoicing
- Raise and manage supplier invoices
- Prepare and issue client invoices
- Track outstanding payments and liaise with suppliers and clients where required
- Assist with budgeting and financial administration
- HR Administration
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Coordinate inductions, training records, and certifications
- Handle holiday tracking, absence records, and HR correspondence
- Policies, Procedures & Compliance
- Develop and maintain company administrative procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

- Support health & safety and compliance administration

Requirements
