You will guide learners as they apply marketing concepts in the workplace, ranging from campaign planning and content creation to stakeholder engagement and customer insight, while supporting them in building strong, workplace‑ready portfolios.

Above all, you bring empathy, enthusiasm, and a learner‑first mindset.
Main responsibilities:
- Support apprentices in achieving the outcomes of the Marketing Executive (Level 4) apprenticeship, coaching them to apply marketing concepts, including: campaign planning, content creation, digital channels, and customer insights, directly in their workplace.
- Coach apprentices through building their portfolios, including evidence collection, reflective writing, and mapping tasks to required knowledge, skills, and behaviours.
- Deliver engaging coaching and teaching sessions and update learning materials to ensure they remain relevant and high‑quality.
- Review learner evidence against apprenticeship outcomes, provide developmental feedback, and support learners in improving the quality and depth of their reflections.

- Prepare learners for assessments by helping them compile final portfolios and understand the expectations of internal and external reviewers and assessors.
- Collaborate with apprenticeship delivery managers to monitor learner progress, identify risks, and implement individual learning action plans where needed.
- Support learners with additional needs or challenges by signposting to relevant support services when appropriate.
