We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to join our Apprenticeship Delivery team as a Skills Coach (Tutor/Assessor) delivering Sales up to level 4.
The role: As a sales tutor, your focus will be to support your learners to reach their maximum potential through effective teaching, coaching, and learning. You will be their main point of contact for teaching and training, as well as information, advice, and guidance. You will be there to motivate and guide them through their Apprenticeship training.
This is a hybrid role; you will be home-based with an expectation to visit learners occasionally. The role will involve:
- Manage a caseload of learners and support them to achieve their apprenticeship, as well as any additional requirements such as a professional qualification through to Gateway and successful End Point Assessment.
- Supporting apprentices remotely to provide teaching through workshops, coaching, and assessment via a virtual learning platform.
- Deliver knowledge aspect of the apprenticeship standard through face-to-face and remote delivery.
- Completing 12 weekly reviews with both learners and the learners' line managers.
- Establishing positive working relationships with clients.
- Being able to communicate and articulate constructive feedback at all levels.
- Facilitating the enhancement of work performance, self-directed learning, and personal development.
- Supporting with Maths and English.
- Being quick to problem solve and produce solutions to any learning or development barriers.
- Providing observational and specific feedback, encouraging the apprentice to self-assess their performance and readiness for achievement.
- Coming up with appropriate solutions for your learners, to ensure they have the best experience and develop their interest and career.
- Taking responsibility to ensure Safeguarding, PREVENT, British Values, Health, Safety and Wellbeing, and equality, diversity, and inclusion are promoted and monitored continually in all areas of the job role.

About You: Teaching Qualification, PTLLS or equivalent is desirable. Significant sector experience is required. Driving licence and access to a car are essential.
