You would come from either a technical support or deployments background.Weβre seeking a proactive and enthusiastic problem solver to resolve complex technical issues whilst maintaining a good customer focus. For this role, we ask that can demonstrate 3-5 years of troubleshooting skills on Linux based systems Autonomy in fault finding Experience working in major or critical incidents. You should have a strong background in as many of the following technologies Linux (Preferably Fedora/EL flavours of Linux) Revision/Configuration Control(SVN, Puppet4, Git/Gitlab) Server Monitoring(Nagios, Grafana, Thousand Eyes) Networking(DNS, Firewalls, Routing) Nice to haves: Cloud based deployments AWS Docker Terraform Cloudflare What you would do: Solving technical problems our customers have with their existing systems Building and installing new infrastructure, servers and machines, as well as maintenance of current infrastructure (vms servers (application & data), hosted systems, SAAS Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of key projects Working with the product team to migrate systems to SaaS Maintaining servers in AWS Suggesting and working on ways to improve our support environment Note: Passing a Police check and/or security clearance may be required.
