Squisito Italian Takeaway Kitchen is a restaurant style takeaway selling Pizza, Pollo, Pasta to the Woking community. We pride ourselves on freshly prepared, cooked to order, Italian food, delivered hot and promptly to customers.
We are looking for a Cook to take responsibility in the kitchen to prep fresh ingredients for the full menu, and cook to order rotisserie chicken, pasta, salads and starter menu dishes.
Salary/Benefits:
- Competitive salary relative to experience. Minimum £13.00 to max £15.00 per hour.
- Tronc tip system on monthly pay check.
- Served food during work hours.
- Pension.
- 28 days holidays.
- Possibility to offer live-in accommodation as benefit in kind (to be negotiated alongside salary).
- Otherwise, your own car is beneficial.

About the Role of Cook:
Cook Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices essential.
- Work independently, at times under pressure, but also as a team member with Pizzaiolo and other staff.
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and menus.
- Help monitor inventory levels and advise on required stock.
- Maintain clean kitchen area and get involved in cleaning throughout the takeaway as needed.
Squisito holds a 5-star hygiene rating.
Skills/Experience:
- Experience as an Italian Cook preferable.
- Pizzaiolo skills an advantage.
- Must speak reasonable English.
- Italian speaking an advantage.
