At Squirrels Pre-School Nursery, we believe early years is about so much more than a job — it’s about relationships, laughter, learning through play and feeling truly valued.

A supportive, friendly team: We’re a small setting where everyone knows each other, supports one another and works together every day.

A nurturing, child-centred approach: We focus on play, curiosity and creating a safe space where children (and staff) can grow and thrive.

Work-life balance: Term-time only with flexible hours between 8am–4pm, helping you balance work with family life and wellbeing.

Opportunities to grow: We encourage learning, development and confidence — whether you’re starting out or bringing experience with you.

You’re more than a number: Your ideas matter. Your wellbeing matters. And the difference you make every day is truly appreciated.

We need someone who can adapt to varying schedules, with availability from 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday. Since we’re nestled in a rural area, having a full driving license or a dependable means of transport would be a big plus.
