We are seeking motivated individuals to join our dynamic manufacturing team at Squires Precision Engineering. You'll be trained to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce high-precision components. We're looking for people with a can-do attitude, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided—no prior CNC experience necessary.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Setting up CNC machines with tooling and fixtures under guidance
- Operating CNC equipment to produce precision parts
- Performing quality checks and inspections using measurement tools
- Troubleshooting machine issues and performing routine maintenance
- Maintaining accurate records of production and inspections
- Supporting other manufacturing tasks as required
