Your primary responsibility will be to provide a professional support to the Customer Service Desk.

Working closely with the Garden Centre Manager to help the department to succeed.

  • Rota: Alternate Mondays and Wednesday 09:00-18:00 with alternate weekends
  • Saturday 09:00-18:00 and Sunday 10:00-17:00 Main duties and responsibilities:

Manning the customer service desk Dealing with customers as first point of contact Telephone management Providing advice to customers Supporting the customer service desk supervisor in day to day running of the desk.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for people

Excellent computer skills Customer service skills Previous experience in similar environment desired.
