The predicted salary is between 10 - 12 £ per hour.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional support to our customers. Working closely with the Garden Centre Manager to help the business to succeed. This role includes frequent heavy lifting. Seasonal: Until 30 May 2026. Rota: Every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10:00-18:00.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone by ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance.
- Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently.
- Identifying customer needs through interaction, and taking appropriate action.
- Excellent standards of merchandising and housekeeping are established and maintained in accordance with company guidelines.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for people with:
- Good friendly manner.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- Forklift licence and experience would be advantageous.
