Rota: Every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10:00‑17:00; alternate weekends Saturday and Sunday 10:00‑17:00
Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional support to our customers and work closely with the Garden Centre Manager to help the business succeed.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Complete shop‑floor tasks, including heavy lifting
- Off‑load deliveries from lorries and vans
- Use the EPOS system to book in and receive stock, requiring a high level of accuracy
- May require some driving; must have a full clean driving licence
- Handle customer queries courteously and efficiently
- Identify customer needs through interaction and take appropriate action
- A forklift licence would also be an advantage
