Seasonal: 19 November 2026 until 24 December 2026 Rota: Role 1 - Every Saturday 19 November - 19 December 07:45-16:30 Role 2 - Every Sunday 22 November - 20 December 08:45-16:30 Plus additional days required: Wednesday 18 November for charity launch event, hours to be discussed at interview Santa Paws - Tuesday 1st and Monday 7th December 08:30-12:30 Monday 21st, Tuesday 22nd, Wednesday 23rd 07:45-16:30 with Thursday 24th December hours to be discussed at interview Main duties and responsibilities: Provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone by: Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently Identifying customer needs through interaction, and taking appropriate action To be successful in this role, we are looking for people: Good friendly manner Good interpersonal skills Willing to learn Willing to enter into the Christmas spirit
