Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional support to our customers, working closely with the Garden Centre Manager to help the business succeed.
Seasonal: 1 March 2025 until 31 May 2025
Rota: Every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10:00-14:30 with alternate weekends Saturday and Sunday 10:00-14:30.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Complete shop floor tasks, which include heavy lifting.
- Off-loading deliveries from lorries and vans.
- Using the EPOS system to book in and receive stock, which will involve a high level of accuracy.
- The role may require some driving; therefore, applicants must have a full clean driving licence.
- Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently.
- Identifying customer needs through interaction and taking appropriate action.
- A forklift licence would also be an advantage.
