Rota: Every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday 09:00-18:00, Sunday 09:00-17:00
Main duties and responsibilities:
Provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone by:
Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance
Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently
Identifying customer needs through interaction, and taking appropriate action
Excellent standards of merchandising and housekeeping are established and maintained in accordance with company guidelines
This job role includes frequent heavy lifting
