Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional support to our customers.
Working closely with the Garden Centre Manager to help the business to succeed.
Seasonal: 21 November 2026 until 24 December 2026
Rota: Every Saturday 21 November - 19 December 07:45-16:30
Every Sunday 22 November - 20 December 08:45-16:30
Plus additional days required:
Wednesday 18 November for charity launch event, hours to be discussed at interview if applicable
Monday 1 and 7 December 08:30-12:30
Monday 21, Tuesday 22, Wednesday 23 09:00-16:30 with Thursday 24 December hours to be discussed at interview
Main duties and responsibilities:
Provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone by:
- Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance
- Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently
- Identifying customer needs through interaction, and taking appropriate action
