Overview
Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional support to our customers in the restaurant. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager to help the business to succeed. Please note that on Wednesdays the role is Front of House - Waiting Staff, Rota: Every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and alternate weekends Saturday and Sunday 09:00-17:00.
Responsibilities
Provide an enjoyable restaurant experience by greeting customers and offering assistance
Handle customer queries courteously and efficiently
Identify customer needs through interaction, and take appropriate action
Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping in accordance with company guidelines
Take responsibility for the whole operation in the absence of the manager

Willing to learn
Previous catering / retail supervisory experience is essential
