The predicted salary is between 10 - 12 € per hour.

We currently have a vacancy for a cleaner within our centre. This role is very important to the successful running of the centre, ensuring our customers have the best possible shopping experience. You will be line managed by the Garden Centre Manager.

Rota: Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 07:30-09:30, alternate Tuesdays and Thursdays 07:30-09:30 with alternate weekends Saturday and Sunday 07:30-09:30.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the centre in both the Garden Centre and the Restaurant, including, but not limited to:
  • Areas to clean include shopfloor, toilets, staffrooms and offices.
  • Hoovering/sweeping and mopping tiled and carpeted floor areas.
  • Cleaning, dusting and polishing all surface areas.
  • Replenishing handwash, toilet rolls and paper towels.
  • Clearing and removing rubbish and emptying bins.
  • Removing cobwebs and dust.
  • Understanding and adherence of health and safety procedures and COSHH regulations.
  • Maintaining stock levels of cleaning material and ordering new materials as required.
  • Keeping the cleaning material area clear, tidy and ensuring the equipment is clean, maintained and well looked after.
