Are you looking to work in a busy and collaborative team environment where your contribution will be really valued? If so, this could be the role for you. We are looking for an E-Billing Analyst to join our Finance Service Centre in Leeds City Centre.
You will assist with the management of the e-Billing and related processes for the firm’s clients who require their invoices to be transmitted electronically. Operating individually and as part of a team to ensure service levels are achieved according to the finance department protocols, you will provide a world class service to the firm’s internal and external clients.
You will have responsibility for ensuring agreed rates are applied via the most appropriate method and managed effectively as well as ensuring that timekeeper, rates and budget data is maintained in clients’ e-Billing systems. Maintaining client and matter level data relating to agreed terms and billing arrangements in addition to maintaining a central database of agreed client terms and bespoke requirements is important.
Uploading e-Bills to clients’ e-Billing systems via eBillingHub, and handling clients’ bespoke requirements as well as investigating and resolving all client e-Billing system queries and bill rejections are part of the role. You will liaise with partners and fee earners to ensure compliance with the clients’ billing requirements and assist in the development of internal solutions to ensure client e-Billing rules are adhered to. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders both within finance and the wider business will be key. From time to time, you will be undertaking ad hoc projects to support the wider finance function when required.
Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast paced environment, preferably in a finance and/or legal setting. From day one, you will start to build effective relationships throughout our firm at all levels, utilising your excellent communication skills (written and oral) to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service.
