Our thriving Leeds office is looking for an IT Support Analyst to provide initial contact and support for the end‑user community with firm‑wide hardware, software and networking issues. The analyst, based in Leeds and Cleveland, Ohio, works as part of the global IT Support function and reports to one of the IT Support Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve global IT Support telephone numbers and mailboxes, answering calls politely, responding to support queries via email and other means promptly, and documenting all requests in the service‑desk management tool.
  • Investigate, research, troubleshoot, and resolve first‑ and second‑level technology issues for PCs, telecommunications, Windows desktops/laptops, Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), document‑management systems, intranets, extranets, telephony, mobile devices and remote‑access tools.
  • Assist with project work such as testing new software, providing insight into end‑user support issues on new software and projects, and helping create and review end‑user documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Travel to other offices as required.
