Do you have experience working in an Emerging Talent or Early Careers role? Keen to develop your career in an ambitious professional services business? If so, this could be the role for you. We\'re looking for an Emerging Talent Recruitment Coordinator to join our supportive and collaborative Human Resources team, and help us recruit exceptional candidates to our apprenticeship and graduate programmes.

Our Team

Our UK HR team consists of our core generalist HR function (responsible for our UK fee earners, support staff and secretarial staff populations), Learning & Development, Emerging Talent, Projects, Payroll and Rewards & Benefits, and lateral Recruitment.

Our Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join us and support the attraction and recruitment of apprentices and graduates across our UK offices. This role is essential to building a strong pipeline of future talent for our firm, and involves leading on careers events, law fairs, and outreach initiatives to enhance our brand visibility and engage effectively with our candidate population.

You\'ll work closely with the Emerging Talent Manager and key stakeholders to ensure recruitment strategies align with evolving qualification routes, such as the SQE and our Apprenticeship programmes.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from application review and selection processes to coordinating assessment centres and vacation schemes. With the support of the Emerging Talent Recruitment Assistant, you\'ll ensure a seamless candidate experience and provide valuable recruitment data and insights to stakeholders. You\'ll also collaborate with our social media team to create engaging content that promotes our programmes and reflects our values.

You\'ll be expected to travel to our four UK offices and attend university events and careers fairs, particularly during the autumn and winter months.

We\'re looking for someone who is passionate about Emerging Talent recruitment and can confidently champion our firm as a fantastic place to work. Experience in a similar role or within a HR function is essential, and familiarity with the legal sector or a background in law would be advantageous.

It is essential you have experience using online recruitment portals and an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

We work in a busy and fast paced environment which requires someone who is a confident and motivated self-starter, as well as someone who is highly organised and able to manage a varied workload with multiple deadlines whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.
