Our Team

Sitting as part of our Litigation Support team, the role reports into our Director of Litigation Support Services, and acts as a liaison between the firm’s Technology department and our lawyers, their support staff, and clients.

Our Opportunity

The role involves managing the full range of e‑discovery activities—from data preservation and collection through processing, review and production—while acting as a key liaison between case teams, clients and external vendors. You will play a hands‑on role in shaping project scope, timelines and budgets, advising on best‑practice approaches, and ensuring matters are delivered efficiently, accurately and on schedule. This role requires deep technical expertise in litigation support technologies, including Relativity Server/RelativityOne, AI‑enabled review tools, as well as trial and bundle preparation platforms. You’ll provide ongoing application support, troubleshoot user issues, maintain and enhance practice technology, and help drive the effective adoption of new tools across the firm. The role can be based out of any of our Birmingham, Leeds, or Manchester offices. Periodic travel to our London office may be required.

You

You will have demonstrable experience in a law firm litigation environment, with a strong understanding of e‑discovery workflows and document review strategies. You will have a client‑focused mindset, with the confidence to support demanding, time‑critical matters.
